The hotel had a great location, with beautiful views of the mountains and easy access to nearby towns. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant had good quality food.

There were some downsides to the stay. The walls in the room were quite thin, which made it easy to hear noise from outside or from neighboring rooms.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better - it was right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. During my Christmas stay, the hotel also provided complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby, which was a nice touch that I really appreciated. the staff was very friendly and helpful - they were always willing to answer my questions and give recommendations on things to do in the area.

While my overall experience was positive, I did find that the room was a bit cramped and lacked adequate storage space. the noise level from outside the hotel could be quite loud at times, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Located in a beautiful valley amidst the mountains, this hotel is a great option for travelers visiting the region. If you're arriving via train from Geneva, it's just a stone's throw away from the station, and very close to the center of things. From here, it's easy to explore the surrounding areas, including visits to the picturesque Lake De Leman. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and great views of the stunning surroundings. The breakfast is delicious, with freshly made crepes and eggs - a great way to start your day!

Rooms are way too hot. No way to regulate the temparature individually. It was like a sauna. Furthermore somebody tried to break in into my car. My car was in the place closest to the hotel however a hedge makes it very easy for a burglar to operate unseen. Cut down the hedges and put more light and cameras on the parking lot.
